The Government are currently considering scrapping the printed Tax Disc which they say is now a pointless piece of paper. They estimate scrapping these would save £90 Million annually and would certainly be welcome by any company or individual who has to manage a fleet of vehicles. Read more »

The Department of Transport in GB has now stated that the introduction of fuels with a minimum 10% ethanol content known as E10 fuels is now likely to happen in 2014 and not 2013 as previously expected. FIVA has argued that both the traditional and E5 fuels must remain available to ensure the continued use of historic vehicle.
