Response to Parading Consultation Document re EXEMPTION for old vehicle events.

V765 Form to Apply to re-instate a GB Registration Mark on a vehicle that has not been taxed or sorned in GB for some time.  Note the AOVC is the ONLY authorised body in NI to do this.
